Hello, Mr. Brent

Chapter 316

Chapter 316

Cameron raised his eyebrows and said arrogantly, "I've never seen anyone more handsome than me.

But your words don't count. Miss Brent, which one is more good-looking? Your man or me?"

Emily was speechless.

"Since you can't tell, it means you haven't looked carefully enough. Why don't we find a place to talk

alone? So you can take a good look at me before making the comparison." Cameron smiled and

reached out to hold Emily's wrist.

Emily screamed in fear and shook his hand away.

But Cameron held her wrist so tightly that Emily failed to get rid of him, and he put forth his strength

and pulled her into his arms.

"What are you doing?" Lisa reacted and asked angrily.

However, Cameron ignored her and walked out with his arm around Emily's shoulder. Emily struggled,

but it was useless. She could not break free from Cameron's arm at all.

Lisa wanted to catch up, but Cameron left himself a loophole. Suddenly, a few people came from the

side to block Lisa's way, pushing and shoving so hard that Lisa had no chance to rush over.

When Lisa finally got rid of these people and ran out, Cameron had long disappeared with Emily.

"Damn. Mr. Brent would kill me!" Lisa stomped the ground in anger.

But she didn't dare to delay. She took out her phone right away and called Franklin, then Jason.

Franklin was not in the mood to scold her. After listening to her narration, he calmed down and Content rights by NôvelDr//ama.Org.

analyzed the situation carefully before making a judgment.

But he was not sure either. He asked Jason to send someone to look for them and monitor Andrew

closely to see if Andrew was behind this.

Jason quickly brought someone over. He didn't expect Matthew to be nearby. Matthew saw Lisa and

asked her about the situation. Lisa was in a hurry to find Emily, so she begged Matthew to ask his

brother-in-law to help investigate.

Matthew was duty-bound. He asked his brother-in-law to play the surveillance video and check while

he just sat beside Lisa to comfort her.

When Jason rushed over, he saw Matthew's hand on Lisa's shoulder, but Lisa was too anxious to

notice this detail.

Jason turned gloomy. He walked over and said unhappily to Lisa, "What's going on? You've lost her

over and over again. How did you do it? You really let Mr. Brent down."

Lisa was sad. However, Jason did not comfort her but blamed her instead.

Her eyes turned red with anger, and she looked at Jason in sadness and grievance. She was too mad

to talk.

Matthew was displeased and yelled at Jason, "Hey, Jason. Don't take yourself too seriously! You're not

in the position to say this to Lisa. You and Lisa are both my little uncle's assistants. How can you blame

her?"

"Mr. Brent, stop that." Lisa tugged at Matthew's sleeve and said sadly.

Matthew became even more excited when Lisa talked to him. He bawled at Jason, "Jason, I'm warning

you, you should be more polite to Lisa. You're just an assistant. What's the big deal? She'll be my

girlfriend, my wife, and the young madam of the Brents in the future."

"Young madam? Really? Lisa, I didn't expect you to marry up." Jason was furious. He snorted coldly at

Lisa.

Lisa gritted her teeth. Jason had been ignoring her and questioning her because he thought she

wanted to marry up. Since Emily disappeared, he didn't ask about Lisa's situation; instead, he scolded

her and garbled a statement. Lisa was about to lose her mind.

"Yes, I'm the young madam of the Brents. Mind your manners." Lisa stood up and shouted at Jason.

Jason's face turned purple with rage. He clenched his fists and glared at her for a while. Finally, he

turned around and left.

Lisa's eyes turned red, and her tears were about to fall when she saw Jason leave.

Matthew, on the other hand, was thrilled. He had been chasing Lisa for so long, but Lisa had always

been indifferent to him, showing no sign of like for him. He didn't expect Lisa to admit their relationship

under such circumstances.

"Lisa, I'm so happy. I didn't expect you to like me too! You know, I almost gave up because you've been

ignoring me. Fortunately, I didn't. Don't worry. I'll be responsible for you. I'll be good to you. I'll tell my

dad about us. If you want to get married, I can arrange a wedding right away."

"What wedding? Didn't you understand that I used you as a shield just now? I don't like you. You are

childish." Lisa had a headache from Matthew's shouting, so she screamed at Matthew angrily.

Matthew was dumbfounded. When he came to his senses, Lisa had left in anger.

He rushed after her, but Lisa wouldn't give him a chance.

She stepped on the accelerator and drove away, almost hitting Matthew.

Emily never thought that she would be so kidnapped out of the bar. She shouted, but no one came

forward to help her.

Lisa was stopped and didn't come out. Only when Cameron dragged her into the car did she regret that

she shouldn't have come to such a place.

"Who the hell are you? Where are you going to take me to?" Emily slammed the window. Cameron

locked the doors, and she couldn't get out of the car.

Cameron and she sat side by side in the backseat, with a driver driving in front and a bodyguard-like

man in the passenger seat.

He didn't do anything to Emily after getting into the car. Instead, he sat still and kept a distance from

Emily.

Hearing Emily's question, he chuckled and said, "Don't make it sound like I'm robbing a good woman.

I'm not bad-looking. Can't you regard this as an adventure?"

"The hell with adventure. You're too narcissistic! My man is much handsome than you, and you are the

last person I will see as an adventure." Emily cursed.

Cameron was not angry. He turned around and looked straight at Emily's face and asked, "Do you dare

to look me in the eye? Do you dare to say that I'm not as handsome as your boyfriend when you look

me in the eye? No woman has ever thought I'm ugly."

He was telling the truth. He had been praised since he was a child. No one had ever said that he was

not good-looking.

All the women, no matter they got married or not, looked at him with affection. They all wished they

could be with him and have children with him.

He didn't believe that Emily was not one of them. She was just an ordinary-looking woman. She

couldn't ignore his beauty.

"I dare to look you in the eye. I dare to say that you are not as handsome as my boyfriend. How

gorgeous do you think you are? You have a pair of eyes, a nose, and a mouth as any other person.

Don't think too highly of yourself." Emily raised her head abruptly and stared into his eyes with disdain.
