Chapter 748 The Outstanding One
After registering themselves at the reception counter, Rebecca was still unable to recover from the
numbers that she had seen just now after a long time.
When she came back to her senses, Faye had pulled her and stood at the door to welcome the guests. All content © N/.ôvel/Dr/ama.Org.
Rebecca took advantage when no one was around and asked Faye with a dazed expression, "Did
Abbot register himself at the reception just now?"
Faye responded with a smile, "No."
Rebecca was curious and asked, "Why didn't he register himself?"
Faye raised her eyes and asked with a smiley face, "Why don't you ask him?"
Seeing the ridicule in Faye's expression, Rebecca straightened her posture a little and said with an
awkward expression, "I won't do that. It has nothing to do with me."
After Rebecca finished speaking, there was a guest who just walked in. Faye greeted him with a smile,
"Mr. Blake."
The man said politely, "In an event like this, should I call you Ms. Nash or Mrs. Farrell?"
Faye smiled and answered, "I'm good with both."
The man laughed and said, "I'm not going to make fun of you. Congratulations."
Faye smiled and replied, "Thank you."
There was an endless stream of guests coming and going. Faye and Rebecca stood on one side while
Colin, Abbot, and Ethan stood on the other side.
When Carlotta and Jadon's wedding car arrived at noon, they followed them and walked into the hotel.
Carlotta wore a white wedding dress and it was moderate. Nothing was outstanding, but it highlighted
her gentleness and gracefulness.
As the saying went, as long as it suited one, that would be the best.
Before the ceremony started, Carlotta was asked to rest in the hotel's presidential suite.
Faye and Rebecca were keeping her company. Carlotta's hand, which was clutching the hem of her
skirt was sweating. She was very nervous.
"Carlotta, relax. Don't be nervous."
Seeing that Carlotta was nervous, Rebecca tried to change the ambiance with a playful smile.
Carlotta smiled and said, "Okay. I won't be nervous."
Rebecca continued, "Jadon should be the one who gets nervous at this moment. Since he gets to
marry such a gentle, virtuous, and kind woman like you, he should have a sense of crisis."
Rebecca's words were pleased to hear. She said them earnestly as if they were true even though she
was lying.
Carlotta understood that Rebecca was trying to relieve her tension. She reached out and squeezed
Rebecca's hand, "You are such a sweet-talker."
Rebecca said with a smile, "My mother told me since I was a child that I have to say nice things all the
time. I won't be making any loss from being sweet."
While Rebecca was chatting with Carlotta, Faye was talking with the emcee on the side about the
ceremony process and ensuring every detail was accurate.
Half an hour later, the ceremony began.
The wedding process was always the same. But Lance, who was the bridesmaid had become the
biggest highlight of the wedding.
As soon as Lance walked onto the stage, the audience began to cheer, especially Matthew and
Maxwell. They whistled shrilly and coquettishly.
Rebecca moved towards Lance's side, gave him a thumbs up, and said, "Lance, you have my respect
for being a real man."
No matter how thick-skinned Lance was, he couldn't bear and his cheeks were getting warm. He said,
"I will be famous in Cocanel from now on."
Hearing that, Rebecca suppressed her laugh and said, "It's okay. You will be famous in a good way.
You look so beautiful in this outfit."
Lance twitched his lips after Rebecca praised him. He said awkwardly, "Well...Thank you so much,
Rebecca."
Rebecca smiled and said, "Don't mention it!"
Lance, "Hmmm."
Rebecca continued, "Don't you notice it? When you stand on this side, none of the women look as
good as you. No matter if they are on the stage or off stage."
Lance looked at Rebecca and rolled his eyes.
Rebecca pursed her lips and smiled, "When I get married, you'll be my bridesmaid too."
Lance groaned since he couldn't swear on such an occasion. Then, he replied in a low voice, "Well,
let's see when are you going to get married."
