Chapter 6 Try Me, Aiden
Aiden Turner walks into the bar and sights Blossom sitting over at the counter , backing him.
He puts his hand inside his pocket and approaches her, he pulls out a chair and sit. Drawing her attention..
“Aiden” Blossom calls in her tiny voice as he flashes him a smile that he didn’t return.
“Why do you wanna see me, here of all places too?”
“You don’t like this place? I’m sorry I thought you’d like it. C’mon, how about we change place, where do you wanna go to?”
Aiden sighed and waves at the bartender to get him a drink, ignoring blossom till the bartender arrives with his drink. Aiden takes a sip before he looks back at Blossom.
“Don’t act like we’re friends. I’m still accepting to come meet you because of your father’s relationship with my family. Don’t try to push things harder”
Blossom looks away slowly and Aiden heard her sigh before she says a word.
“Why do you always have to be rude to me? You don’t even care how much your words hurts me”
Aiden chuckles. “It does? Wow! I’m so glad.”
Blossom stamp her feet on the ground and stood up with her bag.
“You’re just an arrogant piece of trash” Hurt, Blossom hurried out of the bar in anger.
Aiden watched her walk away and he smiles. Glad he’s able to get rid of her, at least for today.
She’s really a pain in his ass and Aiden wondered why she’s so obsessed with him. Not like he’s showing her any sort of attention or affection.
He have always been extra cold to her just so she can back out, but she ends up always running back to him and he hates it.
She should also understand that if he’s to have anything to do with her, it had to be making her his play thing.
But he respects her, he can get whatever he wants from blossom but he respects her and don’t want to dirty her.
Not because she’s someone special to him, but because of the relationship his family shares with her father.
He doesn’t want to be the one to ruin things. But when he gets fed up completely with her behavior, he’s definitely going to overlook all these.
Aiden drank the remaining wine in his glass and pays for it before walking out of the bar. He stops and got into his car, starting the engine, he drives off.Exclusive © content by N(ô)ve/l/Drama.Org.
He didn’t actually come with his chauffer or with Wayne, he’d do that if he’s meeting with other people. But it’s Blossom.
Aiden played a slow music in his car as he just drive, focusing on the road and heading to his company for supervisor.
His phone rang and he picks it up almost immediately. “Speak” he says.
He hadn’t even look at the screen to know who was on the line, he had just picked the phone call.
“Are you done with Blossom?” Aiden figured out the voice to be of Wayne’s, and he was right..
“Yeah. I’m heading to the company for supervision.”
“You haven’t started working yet?”
“From next week. I have something to fix till the end of this week.”
“Okay Boss. I’ll drive to the company too, then” Wayne tells him and Aiden didn’t reply nor disconnect the call.
He just threw the phone on the car seat and look back on the road.

“Grandfather is waiting for you in the waiting room. You should go see him before you get off work” Wayne tells his Boss who was working with his laptop.
“I’m going to do just that. You really don’t have to talk to me about it.” Aiden tells him off, rudely.
Wayne didn’t say a word again but he stood there and looks down at Aiden.
Aiden looks up from his laptop in anger and look at Wayne. “You’re gonna stand there and watch me work?”
“Grandfather wants to see you” with this, Wayne walks away.
Aiden exhales and look at the door. He don’t understand why his grandfather have to always be on his neck.
Since he came back from the states, he haven’t rest peacefully without his grandfather being everywhere around him. He shuts his laptop and stood up then puts on his suit jacket which he had removed earlier.
Then he walks out of his office and heads to the waiting room. There, he meet his grandfather sitting down and drinking an orange juice.
“Why are you here again?” Aiden asked him as he walks to sit opposite him.
He have never sit next to his grandfather for once, not because he couldn’t. But he knows when his grandfather gets pissed, he hits with his stick which hurts.
So Aiden always make sure he’s sitting opposite him as to avoid getting hit.
“Argh! You pathetic old man. You don’t even have respect anymore.” He scolds him and Aiden just looks at him.
He’s not sure he’s ready to sit with him and talk about something not important.
“I told you I’m not old! Look at yourself in the mirror, you’re the old one here. Geez, you’re making it looks like I’m older than you.” Aiden rolls his eyes.
“I don’t care. What did you do to Blossom!?”
Aiden chuckles and cross his leg together. “She came running to you like a puppet?”
“Aiden!!” Her grandfather shouts, raising his stick which make Aiden flinch.
“Put down your stick and we’ll talk! She’s being clingy and I just tell her about it.”
His grandfather didn’t respond immediately and he glared at Aiden for some seconds. He take a sip from his juice, more like to calm himself down.
“I have been think about Blossom lately.” His grandfather chuckles and Aiden swears he hates that look on his grandfather’s face.
It’s not good!
“Now Aiden, I think Blossom is the one I want you to be with.”
Aiden laughs as he looks at his grandfather. Ofcourse his grandfather knows how much he despise Blossom so he’s doing this on purpose.
Blossom didn’t do no wrong to him. He just doesn’t like her because she’s clingy, fake and annoying to him. He might hang out with other girls but he can never imagine himself being with Blossom.
“You’re kidding me! No way I’m doing that.”
“Why? You have to chose one. Go on the date I’m going to set up for you, find a perfect lady and get married to her.”
“Marriage?! Geez! We didn’t talk about marriage here.”
“Let me finish.” His grandfather tells him.
“Get married to whoever it is and make me a baby with her. That’s all I want.”
“Make a baby with someone I don’t love? Is that how you got married during your time?” Aiden asked in disbelief but the old man doesn’t look like he’s going to give up soon.
“What do you know about love?! You pathetic grandchild” he rolls his eyes and continue.
“Either you do this with someone you find interesting yourself, Or I’ll arrange your marriage with Blossom. If you don’t chose any of this and give me a reply tomorrow? Then be sure to get disinherited and I’ll make sure you end up in the streets, with nothing. ” The old man smiles.
It looks like he’s having fun doing exactly what he was doing now.
“Are you kidding me right now grandfather! Geez you’re unbelievable.”
“Try me” He told him.
Without waiting for Aiden to say any more words, the old man stands up and walk away leaving Aiden sitting there to think about his own life.
