Chapter 25
Chapter 25
Anastasia sat on the ground in a low mood. Wrapped in her bathrobe, she trembled so hard that she didn’t have any strength
at all.
She thought, “Ha, he didn’t forget to help me put on the bathrobe before he left. How sweet.”
Over the past four years, Anastasia had lost herself slowly under Alastor’s image as a thoughtful and good husband.
She was really unwilling to accept it.
Anastasia really went out that night.
She wore a tank–top that she didn’t dare to wear usually and put on makeup that she wouldn’t usually wear.
She remembered that Alastor once said that he didn’t want her to wear makeup and clothes that would attract too much Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.
attention.
He said he liked her face without makeup and her pure and simple outfit.
So all these years, all her clothes were plain business suits.
However, Felicia was wearing the most gorgeous makeup.
She worked as a secretary, but she wore casual and sexy outfits, including sheath dresses and tank– tops.
Anastasia thought, “Heh. How ironic.”
Standing in front of the mirror, Anastasia looked at her pale face in the mirror and sneered.
The latecomers could never beat a man’s first crush.
Anastasia looked much better after putting on the lipstick in dark berry shade.
She wore the sneakers and went to the garage with her high heels.
In the past four years, she had lived too low–key and never driven a was afraid that Alastor would be displeased.

But at the airport the other day, Felicia drove a new Porsche bought by Alastor last year.
Anastasia picked the most expensive car in the garage and called Kimberly. “Have you arrived at the airport? I’ll go pick you
up.”
Kimberly was worried about Anastasia, so she bought an air ticket to come back.
“Yes, I’m waiting for my luggage.”
“I’ll be there in 30 minutes.”
After hanging up the phone, Anastasia drove to the airport.
While waiting for Kimberly in the parking area, Anastasia saw Felicia’s post on Instagram.
She took a picture of Alastor’s injury on the back of his hand with a caption that read: [You must marry a man who is willing to fight for you.]
With a cynical chuckle, Anastasia threw the phone aside and covered her eyes with her hand to prevent tears from falling
down.
“Are you crying?” Kimberly knocked on the car window and asked worriedly.
“Of course not. I spent two hours on my makeup. It’s not worth it to ruin it with tears.” Anastasia’s voice was hoarse, but she proudly clained that she didn’t cry.
Kimberly put down her luggage and sat in the passenger seat. “What are you going to do with your baby? Abort it or keep
it?”
Anastasia shook her head. “I can’t keep it.”
She was now taking some anti–cancer drugs, and her physical condition could not support the healthy development of the baby.
Therefore, she could not keep the baby.
Kimberly cursed, “What an asshole. If he doesn’t want a child, he should wear a condom. What a jerk.”
Anastasia didn’t say anything as she drove calmly.
“Anastasia, just get a divorce…” Kimberly didn’t want Anastasia to suffer so much. “You’re still young: you have your whole life ahead of you. If you are 70 or 80 years old, we’ll fight with him to the end, but you’re not.
Kimberly didn’t want Anastasia to waste her youth.
Anastasia took a deep breath as her eyes turned red.
She no longer had her whole life ahead of her; her days were numbered.
Anastasia tightened her grip on the steering wheel and said with a smile, “Let’s go to the bar. Since he can sleep on Felicia’s bed, why can’t I go out and find a man?”
She thought, “It has to be fair.”
“Annie, are you serious?” Kimberly asked with distress.
“Of course, we can spend using Alastor’s card tonight. You can buy whatever you want and call your friends out.” Anastasia had told her friends in university to come out for a get–together that night as Kimberly had come back.
“Annie. Kimberly felt something was wrong with Anastasia.
Anastasia didn’t say anything. After stopping the car at the entrance of Hork’s largest bar, she got out of the car and put on her high heels.
Only then did Kimberly realize that Anastasia was beautifully dressed that day.
Anastasia was born good–looking. She put on exquisite makeup and a tank–top with casual suit pants, which flattered her figure nicely.
Her long curly hair made her look so beautiful that people could not bear to look away.
“It’s dangerous for you to go in when you look like this,” Kimberly said with a smile.
That place was a hunting ground.
In the corner, several waiters working at the bar looked at Anastasia and whistled. “Look, a gorgeous lady. She’s definitely rich,” one of them commented.
“What nonsense. Did you see her car? It’s worth at least 800 thousand dollars.”
“Jason, look. A pretty lady.”
Jason lit a cigarette, glanced in the direction of Anastasia and Kimberly, and froze.
He thought, “What a coincidence.”
